Over the phone repair is free of charge and our call out charge is just £90 + VAT

4 STEP AUTOCLAVE REPAIR PROCESS

  1. Get in touch – Call us on 01253 736 355 and we will arrange for one of our engineers to call you back.
  2. Over the phone assistance – If possible, our engineers will help to talk you through the issue over the phone. Sometimes it’s that simple, getting you up and running as quickly as possible.
  3. Engineer Visit – If we can’t help over the phone we will send one of our experienced engineers to your practice.
  4. Loan machine – We understand dental autoclaves are a vital part of any practice. That’s why if we can’t help while onsite we will provide you with a loan machine whilst we take your autoclave away to be repaired.
